Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business with B2C installers, B2C assemblers, and by managing and expanding the Somfy Expert network - our exclusive ambassador program for selected partners.You’ll focus on access products, especially gate operators and garage door operators, while driving the growth of two of our key Group brands - Somfy and BFT - both strong players in the regionIf this sounds like you and you’re ready to actively contribute to the growth of Somfy and BFT across northern Poland, we’d love to hear from you - apply now!Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will:Develop, prospect and animate your customer portfolio of B2C installers, B2C assemblers and Somfy Experts.Hunt for new business opportunities and acquire new customers in your territory.Ensure field presence through regular customer visits.Execute and deploy the annual sales & marketing plans towards your customer portfolio.Increase “direct” sales to your customers and prospects.Promote and prescribe our solutions to secure and grow “indirect” sales via our partners.Manage and develop the Somfy Expert network, ensuring high visibility of the brand and activation of the dedicated program.Focus on access products (gate and garage door automation) for both Somfy and BFT, positioning our brands as the preferred choice in the market.Prepare commercial offers and negotiate cooperation terms with clients at various management levels.Analyze and report on a regular basis the performance and results of your portfolio, and propose concrete action plans.Organize meetings, local trainings and product presentations, and effectively communicate strong sales arguments.QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales.Experience in managing a given portfolio of customers, reporting sales results & activities.Experience working in internal cross - functional environments and collaborating with marketing and customer service teams.Language Polish (fluent), English (intermediate in speech and writing).Category B driving license in order to travel daily to customers.A keen interest in home automation and smart home solutions is essential.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI and Sales Force (or other CRM) is required.Higher education in sales and/or marketing would be an additional advantage.Highly motivated with a positive attitude.Additional InformationWhy Join SOMFY?At SOMFY, we believe in creating value that goes beyond business.
