Your Role
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities with insurance agents and agencies, understanding their specific lead needs, and demonstrating how our solutions help boost their conversions and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand clients’ business and lead requirements
  • Present our lead generation solutions and close deals with insurance professionals
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and renewals
  • Track sales activity in CRM and hit/exceed monthly targets
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (insurance or marketing industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the insurance space and its sales cycle
  • Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • CRM experience (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
