What You’ll Do:
As our Sales Representative you will:
Make a difference: Sell and stimulate demand for Consumer Business Unit products with customers in South West Victoria, and regional (eg. Lorne top Warrnambool), targeting ‘front of store’ contacts to achieve and/or exceed sales budgets through achievement of sales objectives; positive customer feedback and achievement of agreed customer service levels; maintain call cycle accuracy; and expense control.
Innovate and solve problems: Develop strong and effective relationships throughout all levels of a customer’s business and have a thorough understanding of the key drivers and opportunities within the business.
Collaborate: Identify & builds relationship in the territory through working closely with our major customer and facilitating end user conversions through trade events and by making in-field joint sales calls with objective of defending and growing market share.
Continuous Improvement: Analyse territory, market, sales and customer performance data to enable alignment of sales plans as well as resolve issues and identify improvements
Provide regular reporting on activities and targets as directed by the business, inclusive of forecasting (revenue, gross margin, expenses), product requirements, opposition activity and actions to retain & increase market share
