Noona Cleaning Services Inc. is a proud franchise partner of JDI Cleaning Systems, a trusted brand with over 30 years of experience in Ontario’s commercial cleaning industry. We provide reliable, detail-oriented cleaning services for offices, schools, medical facilities, and more. As we expand in Milton and Brampton, we’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to help grow our client base.

REQUIREMENTS

• Prior B2B sales experience preferred (cleaning/janitorial industry experience is a bonus).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits.
• Reliable transportation in Milton/Brampton area.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Sales Representative to secure new commercial cleaning contracts. This is a commission-only role, you focus on finding and signing contracts, while we handle quoting, operations, and client management.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospect local businesses through cold calling, networking, and door-to-door visits.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and present our services.
• Identify client needs and pass details to management for quoting.
• Close new contracts and earn commissions based on contract length.

This is a commission-only role (independent contractor) with uncapped earning potential. Commissions are based on contract length:

• Contracts under 6 months
• 15% of total contract value upfront
• No recurring commission
• Contracts between 6 and 12 months
• 1.25× the monthly contract value upfront
• Plus 5% recurring commission while the client remains active
• Contracts 12 months or longer
• 1.75× the monthly contract value upfront
• Plus 5% recurring commission while the client remains activ
