⭐ Purpose and Impact:
The Sales Representative/Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact, ensuring client retention, and driving business growth through customer loyalty and the expansion of existing client relationships. This role requires understanding clients’ needs, ensuring the delivery of products and services that meet those needs, resolving issues, identifying additional sales opportunities, and guaranteeing overall customer satisfaction.
In this role, you will also prospect and visit clients, including large accounts, to promote and close projects related to fire alarm systems and design. With your communication skills, our team will go far!
