• Assist customers through the buying process with professionalism and care
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Stay current on Cadillac, Buick, and GMC product knowledge, features, and benefits
• Achieve monthly sales goals and performance targets
• Follow up on leads and inquiries (walk-ins, phone, online)
• Provide a positive dealership experience and represent the brand with integrity
