OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for building relationships with clients. This role is essential for driving business growth through effective account management, lead generation, and territory management. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our products and services to B2B clients, utilizing various sales techniques including cold calling and product demonstrations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Sales Representative, you’ll sell building supplies and services for homes and renovations. Focus on cabinetry (kitchens, vanities, custom), kitchen sinks, flooring (SPC, engineered hardwood, waterproof laminate, ceramic/porcelain tile, natural stone), exterior veneer/stacked stone, doors, decorative lighting, faucets, and drafting/design/blueprint/building services. Visit homes/job sites to measure, prepare quotes, and close deals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in building, renovations, or general construction sales.
  • Industry-related experience a must (e.g., knowledge of residential materials).
  • Experience with CRM software a must (e.g., for leads and quotes).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver’s license for site visits; WorkSafeNB training an asset.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Canadian/New Brunswick building codes.
