POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing wholesale trade accounts, while also identifying new business opportunities. Your role will be crucial to the success of our wholesale division, ensuring our partners receive the support they need to succeed with our products.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the audio, electronics, or consumer goods industries.
  • Previous experience in audio installation or related fields is highly sought after, but not required.
  • A proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
  • Highly organized and capable of balancing priorities while paying attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong relationships and achieving sales goals.
  • A passion for audio equipment and technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for wholesale accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at existing trade accounts.
  • Identify growth opportunities and proactively work to expand sales within current accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new wholesale clients and drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that all trade accounts receive the necessary product information and promotional materials.
  • Monitor account performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Provide regular reports to management regarding account performance and potential areas for growth.
