JOB DESCRIPTION

Kings Cleaners Inc, a commercial cleaning company in Kitchener is looking for a Cold Caller/Sales Representative. This role focuses on lead generation and high-volume outbound calls to bring in clients. If you’re a goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales and business growth, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume B2B outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services
  • Identify decision-makers and develop relationships with business owners, property managers, and facility coordinators
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for in-person meetings
  • Present and promote our cleaning services with confidence and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and sales activity in CRM software
  • Follow up with prospects through email and phone communications
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and service offerings
  • Experience using CRM software (Apollo, HubSpot, etc)
  • Strong communication skills and negotiating skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven and able to work independently

Qualifications:
- Secondary School Diploma
- Experience as a cold caller, business development or sales development representative
- Experience in B2B Services, commercial services or cleaning industry is a plus
