JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and promoting our products. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships and deliver product demonstrations. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Experience with outside sales techniques is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present information clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and technologies.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $10,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote products and services within designated territories.
  • Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize on territory sales plans and goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer information, and reporting on sales activities.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to inform future product development.
