Kristal D&D is an established company with over 40 years trading, serving primarily the Dairy Industry. Located in Bromyard, Herefordshire, Kristal supplies GEA milking equipment, including Robotics, alongside manufacturing, installing and maintaining Bulk Milk Tanks and associated equipment.
Due to continued and significant growth we are currently seeking an enthusiastic, committed and hardworking individual to join our sales team, selling Milking Parlours, dairy related products, consumables and replacement parts to the Dairy Industry.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in agricultural sales is essential.
• Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Dairy Industry and associated products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients.
• Basic IT skills.
• Full UK driving license.

• Develop and grow sales within the designated territory.
• Manage and maintain relationships with existing agricultural customers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in the region.
• Provide product knowledge, demonstrations and after-sales support.
• Attend regional shows and customer events as required.
• Report on territory performance and customer feedback.
