Position Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to expand our presence in the label printing market. This individual will develop new business, nurture existing customer relationships, and provide technical support to ensure seamless label production and delivery. Key Responsibilities · Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within assigned territory or market segments. · Build strong relationships with brand owners, packaging buyers, and procurement teams. · Prepare and deliver customized proposals, pricing quotes, and product presentations. · Collaborate with estimating, prepress, and production teams to meet customer requirements and deadlines. · Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. · Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Qualifications · Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within printing, packaging, or labeling industries. · Strong technical aptitude for printing processes (flexographic, gital, or offset) is highly desirable. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with regular travel to customer sites and trade shows. · Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite.
