Description

INTRODUCTION

Hi, I’m Chris, the founder and director of a successful, growing training company with a big mission and a proven track record.
We’ve built a small but passionate team that’s fun, relaxed, and empowering to work with, yet we’re serious about the impact we make. Our goal is simple but powerful: to help people learn in ways that are truly engaging, meaningful, and even a little bit magical.
We specialise in delivering interactive, high-quality training to the healthcare industry, schools, restaurants, charities, and more. Our commitment to excellence has earned us over 350 five-star reviews on Google and Trustpilot, and we’re proud of the reputation we’ve built for going the extra mile.
But here’s the thing: while we’ve made a big difference to those we’ve worked with, there are still so many people in Leicestershire and beyond who don’t yet know who we are, or how much we can help.
That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Representative to join us and take the lead in growing our customer base. This is a serious, high-impact role for someone who knows how to build strong relationships, generate leads, and help more people discover the power of our training. You’ll be working with a business that already delivers real results, and you’ll play a key role in helping us expand our reach even further.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

If you would like to apply for the role, we would like you have the following experience and skills:

  • Have a Full clean UK Driver’s License
  • An appropriate car to travel to locations
  • Clean DBS
  • Experience in door to door & telephone sales (minimum 3yrs)
  • Able to manage your own customer group with autonomous working
  • Be able to manage your own time and meeting schedule
  • Be great with emails, Excel / Word, reporting, time management
  • Agree to no hard selling techniques but building relationships with current and potential customers
  • Be great with people and have a genuine interest in other’s needs
  • Ideally worked within the healthcare industry but not essential
  • Be able to use a CRM system; we’ll train you on how to use our CRM system (Bitrix24)

This is a rare chance to join a thriving, mission-driven company at a truly exciting stage of growth—where your work will make a real difference, your ideas will be valued, and your success will be celebrated. Don’t miss the opportunity to be part of something special.
