Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sales Representative to join our auto spare parts store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, identifying correct spare parts, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships in the automotive aftermarket sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers in identifying and purchasing the correct auto spare parts.
• Handle sales of Japanese, Korean, and German vehicle spare parts.
• Check availability of parts using EPC systems, catalogs, or software.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up on pending orders.
• Maintain good relationships with garage customers, fleet customers, and workshops.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the storekeeper regarding stock availability.
• Suggest alternative parts or brands when original parts are not available.
• Keep records of customer orders, pending invoices, and payments.
• Maintain knowledge of new spare parts and market demand.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in automotive spare parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese, Korean, and German car spare parts.
• Ability to identify parts using VIN number or chassis number.
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or Hindi is an advantage).
• Basic computer knowledge (invoicing software, Excel, catalog systems).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced spare parts store environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EPC systems (Parts catalogs).
• Knowledge of aftermarket and genuine spare parts.
• Customer handling and negotiation skills.
• Familiar with the UAE auto spare parts market.
