JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a Sales Representative with experience in selling logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain services, preferably in the e-commerce sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and strengthening strategic relationships to drive company growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales within logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, or supply chain services (minimum 1 year).
  • Track record of success in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in the logistics sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain logistics solutions effectively to potential clients.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
  • Fluent English proficiency (mandatory).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous sales experience in the e-commerce sector.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and industry trends.
  • Established network of contacts in the e-commerce or retail industry.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals, focusing on e-commerce businesses in need of fulfillment and logistics solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client’s storage, inventory management, and shipping requirements.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our services, highlighting Fulfillment Hub USA’s value proposition and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close contracts and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for logistics solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process for new clients.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities within the logistics sector.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.
