Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

You will play a key role in driving sales growth with both new and existing contractors and distributors. Collaborating closely with engineers, architects, and our Business Development team, you will increase market demand and specifications for Leviat’s engineered concrete connection products.
This is a customer-facing role, ideal for a driven, relationship-focused professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, distributors, and industry influencers
  • Grow existing accounts and win new business across the Italian market
  • Leverage CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) to manage your project funnel and customer action plans
  • Use KPIs and dashboards to track and drive commercial performance
  • Support Commercial Excellence initiatives and collaborate with internal teams
  • Contribute customer insights to new product development efforts
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislative requirements
