REQUIREMENTS

  • An outgoing, energetic, friendly and approachable personality
  • Strong interpersonal, rapport building and customer service skills
  • Warm, confident and clear communication skills
  • High personal presentation
  • The ability to retain important information
  • Self-motivation, resilience, a positive attitude and desire to develop sales skills
  • Able to work flexible hours and travel to various sales event locations across Sydney
  • Experience in the sales, retail, or customer service industry (face to face cold sales experience an advantage)
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Sales Representative with Lyka, you’ll attend sales events across Sydney at retail activations at various shopping centres and promote the benefits of Lyka, with the goal of achieving new subscriptions.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Acquire new customers at retail activations
  • Attract and drive consumer traffic to Lyka retail activations
  • Communicate the benefits of Lyka and our products, effectively demonstrating an understanding of our value proposition, product features and how it works
  • Overcome objections and meet sales targets
  • Act as a Lyka brand ambassador and work in accordance with Lyka’s values and principles
