Description Reports To: Sales Supervisor Location: Southwest Arkansas, Northwest Arkansas, Central Arkansas General Duties: Achieve sales and merchandising goals in a defined set of retail accounts. Description: This is a sales position with a fast-paced distribution company. The company will provide training to qualified candidates. Job Responsibilities: Achieve Sales and Merchandising Goals: Meet or exceed all sales, merchandising, and inventory management standards for a defined set of retail accounts. 2. Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper maintenance of the assigned vehicle and equipment used for the job. 3. Reporting: Meet all reporting deadlines with accurate and complete information, ensuring data is provided in a timely and organized manner. 4. Training: Complete training requirements on schedule to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to the role. 5. Retail Account Service: Assist with other retail account service functions as needed to support the team's objectives. 6. Physical Requirements: Demonstrate the ability to perform essential physical job functions by successfully completing job simulation testing. 7. Drug Testing: Successfully pass the appropriate drug test as required for the position. 8. Insurance: Must be insurable by the company's MK commercial carrier. Requirements Minimum Requirements: Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
