Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with companies and medical societies in a new medical specialty, as well as selling sponsorship options.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent written communication skills, including crafting compelling email messages and presentations
  • Ability to confidently communicate complex topics in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and driven by goals
  • Prior experience as a Sales Representative and/or experience in the medical field is advantageous but not required
  • Native-level fluency in German and English is a must

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with co-founder to execute a structured sales process
  • Develop and cultivate relationships within the new medical field, effectively increasing awareness of Winglet and establishing strategic partnerships
  • Create compelling sales materials for online and in-person presentations
  • Craft persuasive sales emails to engage with leads
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and in-person visits
  • Use cold calling to connect with potential customers
  • Follow up persistently and systematically via email, phone, and Zoom
  • Analyze the needs of existing and potential customers to provide tailored solutions
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate terms, close sales, and secure contracts
  • Occasionally attend in-person meetings and medical conferences alongside the co-founder
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and maintain status reports
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales
