JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Architectural Practice (M1 Architecture Ltd). The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective negotiation and organisational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience in a sales role in architecture or construction is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate successfully while maintaining positive client relationships.
• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Organisational skills that enable efficient management of multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in IT applications relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
• A drive for results with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
