JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing used car dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, along with a strong understanding of the automotive industry. This role involves guiding customers through the car buying process, maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional dealership experience.

• Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Provide detailed information on available inventory, vehicle history, features, and pricing.
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the deal, including financing and paperwork.
• Utilize CRM and POS systems (including Micros POS, if applicable) to manage customer data, transactions, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits.
• Negotiate pricing and trade-ins in accordance with dealership policies and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about new inventory arrivals, current promotions, and market trends.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, well-presented, and ready for display or delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals.
• Participate in dealership events, promotions, and marketing activities to generate leads.
