Master Digital is a fast-growing web design and digital services agency. We’ve completed over 400+ websites and are on a mission to help businesses grow online. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in-office, handle inbound leads, cold reach outs and close sales for our website design packages.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 year of experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Comfortable handling clients via WhatsApp, calls, and online meetings.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in following up leads.
• Basic knowledge of digital or IT services is an advantage.

• Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Qualify prospects and present suitable website packages.
• Follow up with pending leads and close deals confidently.
• Conduct occasional online calls (Zoom/Google Meet) with prospects.
• Keep accurate lead tracking in CRM.
• Coordinate with the project manager for smooth client handovers.
• Provide weekly updates on sales progress.
