Responsibilities
  • In your new role, you will start with a familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyze and prospect new customers, while providing ongoing service to existing customers.
  • Plan and implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
  • With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train medical and surgical professionals on its use during demonstrations. You will also provide clinical support in the operating room when needed.
  • Participate congresses, seminars and business meetings to identify potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
  • Prepare orders for interested customers and be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up.
  • Work closely with other team members in Denmark and the Sales Manager – to ensure customer service levels are best in class.
