JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a results-driven , self-motivated Sales Representative to accelerate growth across our medical device portfolio . In this role, you will be instrumental in introducing life-saving technologies to hospitals, surgical centers, specialist clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare providers—empowering clinicians to deliver care that is better, safer and faster .

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and manage a territory sales plan to meet or exceed targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics and procurement stakeholders.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing client expectations and fostering positive client engagement .
  • Conduct product presentations , clinical demonstrations and post-sale follow-ups .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches .
  • Provide timely market feedback, competitor intel and field insights .

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in Life Sciences , Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
  • Prior medical device sales experience is highly advantageous.
  • Fresh graduates with a strong interest in commercial healthcare roles are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills .
  • Willingness to travel and engage with clients on-site .
  • Resilient , customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Able to accept ambiguity with a growth-oriented , open mindset .
