Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Labels Master Printing and Packaging Inc. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage both client accounts and administrative tasks. This role involves outside sales, developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and supporting accounting functions. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the printing and packaging market.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business leads and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
  • Utilize negotiation skills to close deals and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Engage in B2B sales efforts, focusing on printing, packaging, and labelling solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Support accounting tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, and basic reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions using CRM or similar tools.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in printing, packaging, or B2B environments.
  • Basic accounting experience (invoicing, client account tracking, reconciliations).
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is an asset.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual communication skills (English and Spanish) are considered an advantage.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build long-term professional relationships.

Pay: $34,400.00-$70,000.00 per year
