About the role: 
Are you a driven, results-oriented sales professional with a hunter mentality? We have an exciting hybrid role available that combines the best of both internal and external sales just for you! As a Hybrid Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, engaging with clients both in-office (via phone) and out in the field. You will visit clients in the Gold Coast/South Brisbane every 4 - 6 weeks, relentlessly pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships, and driving sales growth.
Your proactive approach and keen sales insights will be crucial as we work together towards common goals and propel our company’s success forward. Whether you’re devising innovative strategies to capture new clients, up-selling to existing ones, or sharing your expertise with colleagues, you’ll be part of a dynamic team of like-minded professionals dedicated to achieving excellence in sales.

  • Engage with clients through a combination of internal communications and regular in-person visits.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • A skilled influencer and problem solver 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a hybrid role.
  • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to travel to Gold Coast/South Brisbane every 4-6 weeks.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
