As part of our incredible growth, we are looking for a Sales Representative/Merchandiser to provide exceptional service to both internal and external clients of our partner, who offers high-quality bakery products and snacks. To apply for this role, it is essential to have a valid driver’s license, exclusive access to a car, and to live in or around the Summerside area.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Relevant experience in sales and/or merchandising
- Ability to meet or exceed conversion goals
- Exclusive access to a smartphone
- Ideally, residing in or around Summerside
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive individual who thrives on challenges and wants to get involved in a fast-growing company. You will be responsible for transporting and installing shelves at various client locations, managing inventory, and filling displays with products. Performance will be primarily measured by your conversion rate with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Weekly scheduling with the Impulse Sales Leader to meet account transformation targets
- Manage racking, POS, and inventory
- Prepare products for pre-sell at Sales Centers, including organizing snacks and displays
- Sort products in the truck for easy access and proper inventory management
- Ensure all POS elements are loaded to maximize sales opportunities
- Introduce and explain the Genesis concept to customers
- Propose branding and sales transformations to key decision-makers in stores
- Implement agreed rack placements and transformations
- Create product orders and fill all display elements to full capacity
- Certify stores and maintain POS elements
- Collaborate with ISL on inventory and POS replenishment
- Provide daily recap to ISL and adjust processes as needed
