WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, ideally within metal fabrication, manufacturing, or construction.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
    Please note: Only candidates currently based in Sydney (NSW) and holding a valid permanent or temporary visa will be considered. This is a mandatory requirement.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Weldingmen is seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team in Banksmeadow, NSW on a full-time basis.
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and promoting our metal fabrication services to customers across the construction, engineering, and manufacturing industries. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to our growth while building strong, long-term partnerships.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and related sectors.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending industry sites, with the goal of building a strong sales pipeline and expanding the company’s client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with our fabrication team to deliver accurate quotes and tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and capabilities.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular sales reports.
