About the Role As a Sales Intake Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact in the client journey—acting as the gateway to our team of experienced attorneys ready to advocate on their behalf. Apply today! Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification. We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
