About the Role As a Sales Intake Representative, you will be the first point of contact in the client journey—serving as the gateway to our team of skilled attorneys prepared to advocate on their behalf. Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision: Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations.
