JOB SUMMARY:

Milia Cosmetics is looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team across various showrooms in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have STRONGLY experience in cosmetics industry with strong communication and sales skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
• Presentable, energetic, and customer-oriented personality.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• Approach customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized recommendations for products and brands.
• Provide product demonstrations and recommendations to enhance customer experience.
• Develop a deep understanding of all cosmetic products, including features, ingredients, benefits, and application
• Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Process transactions and manage cash/card payments efficiently.
• Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and product knowledge.
