POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a driven and knowledgeable Sales Representative to lead business development efforts across the GTA, specializing in Ready Mix Concrete while also offering a full suite of building materials and disposal bin services to compliment. This role combines strategic sales planning, technical support, and customer relationship management to drive revenue and market share.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or construction-related fields preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction materials, with a strong preference for Ready Mix Concrete.
  • Proven ability to develop new accounts and manage a sales territory.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong technical knowledge of concrete and building materials.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
