Job Overview The Sales Representative – Mobile is responsible for achieving monthly sales targets and driving product distribution within assigned territories. The role involves building strong relationships with wholesalers and dealers, managing outstanding payments, tracking stock levels, and promoting new products to ensure continuous growth in sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets. Distribute mobile products daily from the designated distribution branch to wholesalers and dealers along assigned routes. Collect outstanding balances from dealers and wholesalers promptly. Submit daily sales reports to the Sales Supervisor. Plan daily work schedules, set sales objectives, and update customer records. Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure optimal availability. Promote new products to distributors as directed by the Area Sales Manager and in coordination with the Sales Supervisor. Understand and address customer (dealer/wholesaler) needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain accurate records of client's interactions, leads generated, and products promoted. Ensure company property and equipment are properly maintained. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field. Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within mobile device distribution or the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector. Technical Competence: Strong understanding of how sales outcomes influence overall distribution performance and profitability. Skilled in managing and resolving conflicts with dealers and wholesalers to maintain smooth business operations. Benefits Benefits N175,000.00 Gross Salary Salary negotiable based on experience
