Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong interest in modern, sustainable living solutions. As a Sales Representative at Modern Modular, you will be responsible for driving sales, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our exceptional range of modular homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Modern Modular’s homes to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
- Collaborate with the design and construction teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and company products.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote Modern Modular and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, construction, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Knowledge of modular home construction and sustainable building practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
