Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will proactively engage with inbound leads, generate outbound opportunities, and contribute to the achievement of new revenue and account acquisition targets. In this role, you will identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling, acting as a trusted consultant and payments expert. Your efforts will be instrumental in building a robust sales pipeline and driving the growth of the myPOS ecosystem.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactive Lead Engagement: Engage inbound leads from web forms and partners, understand their business needs, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a solutions consultant and payment expert, offering tailored myPOS solutions that meet client needs.
- Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and outbound cold calling.
- Negotiation & Deals closing: Discuss and finalize pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure agreements. Successfully close sales and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas.
- Revenue & Account Growth: Deliver on new revenue and new account targets by effectively closing deals and onboarding new clients to the myPOS ecosystem.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-lasting relationships with clients, providing excellent customer support throughout the sales process and after the sale.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress in the CRM. Deliver regular reports on performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and customer success.
THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:
- A minimum of 2 years of outbound sales experience, including generating leads through cold calling and closing deals.
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to sales.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Fluency in English would be considered an advantage.
