What You’ll Be Doing

• Converting customer enquiries into bookings.
• Handling enquiries with honesty and care.
• Creating tailored quotesand booking jobs in our CRM scheduling system.
• Explaining solutions clearly – no jargon, just friendly professionalism.
• Delivering top-tier customer service before, during and after the sale.
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure smooth delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or customer-service experience (phone/email)
• Confidence with writing emails, using software, and quoting
• Great communication skills – warm, clear and professional
• Organised and detail-oriented – someone who takes pride in getting it right
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to help people
• Construction/roofing knowledge is a bonus, but not essential – we’ll train you
