We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to help grow our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) business by bringing in new clients.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in NEMT or the healthcare industry and a proven ability to build relationships and generate sales within the healthcare sector.
This is a field-based position focused on client acquisition in the Mississauga, Brampton, and Hamilton areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NEMT or healthcare-related sales.
• Proven track record of bringing in new clients.
• Must speak and write fluent English – only English is required.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Must be able to travel regularly throughout Mississauga, Brampton, and Hamilton.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-management and organizational skills.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, long-term care homes, and other healthcare facilities.
• Promote and sell NEMT services to healthcare providers and institutions.
• Secure contracts and ongoing service agreements with new clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and excellent service.
• Meet monthly targets for new client acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communications.
