You will also ensure a strong business relationship with customers (stores) within your territory. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop and implement sales strategies Establish and maintain excellent relationships with grocery stores (managers) Oversee business growth within the assigned territory Ensure customer satisfaction and innovate with new initiatives Maintain business relationships with stores through various presentations Qualifications High school diploma 5 years' experience in sales and business development Experience in retail sales ideally from the food industry Demonstrated business acumen Recognized for innovation, analytical thinking and excellent customer service Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have great time management skills and organisation Excellent skills in customer service Ability with computer tools such as an iPad Additional Information Frequent travel to stores, about 85% of the time. 2-3 nights per month stay at the hotel.
