As a Sales Representative, you'll manage a territory of salons, wholesalers, and retailers, working to achieve key business objectives including sales targets, share of wallet, and new customer acquisition (NCA). What you´ll do Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by effectively managing all accounts within the assigned territory. Actively drive new business by identifying and engaging potential salons, developing a rolling New Customer Acquisition (NCA) target list to grow market share. Regularly monitor and track performance against KPIs using various tools. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Area Manager to review performance and implement action plans to meet goals. Develop activity plans with customers and conduct regular business reviews to drive mutual growth and value. Manage APT and contract targets while evaluating client growth through sales pattern analysis and portfolio review implementation. Ensure effective use of in-salon/retailer brand support, marketing, and merchandising materials to enhance brand image and promotions. Maintain visually effective retail areas through proper merchandising to support promotional and sales initiatives. What makes you a good fit Proven sales experience in FMCG or hair/beauty industry is highly desirable. Strong negotiation, analytical, and numeracy skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Demonstrated success in acquiring new customers and maintaining strong client relationships. Highly organized with strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office. Able to work both independently and collaboratively, with effective journey planning skills.
