Responsibilities
  • In your new role, you will start with an intensive familiarization phase with product trainings to learn about the product portfolio and develop relationships with key opinion leaders.
  • You will implement strategies in the sales process and conduct negotiations, including with surgeons, hospital administration and purchasing departments.
  • With the product knowledge you have built up, you advise and train surgical & theatre staff on its O.R use during workshops.
  • You will be responsible for customer care for surgical theatre staff, hospital administration & procurement with the goal of achieving qualitative and sales-oriented consultation.
  • Furthermore, you will prepare orders for interested customers and will also be a reliable partner for our customers during order follow-up to ensure a timely delivery date and thus a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • You will participate in trade fairs, congresses, and business meetings to find potential new customers and to expand your knowledge for customer contact.
