Learn more about Kemira at www.kemira.com/careers.                       We are seeking a driven Sales Representative, P&HS for the Atlantic District in our Packaging & Hygiene Solutions segment.  The role will serve the Ashland, VA area.       The position responsibilities include: Servicing existing and new accounts, including on site analysis, troubleshooting, inspection, design and installation of feed and delivery systems as well as any service function related to the sale and maintenance of Kemira product lines.  Establishing a business plan with goals and objectives for sales and profits to new and existing business  Providing customer with timely service reports  Communicating mill requirements/opportunities  Providing attention to customer needs and identifying new sales opportunities  Monitoring Kemira product and service quality, and addressing issues  Resolving customer concerns to customer’s satisfaction  Maintaining sales information systems and expense reporting systems in a timely and accurate manner  Attending appropriate industry conferences and assigned company meetings  Developing technical and sales skills by participating in and completing, company approved training programs    What you can expect from us: Extensive ongoing technical training and mentoring by industry experts in paper chemistries.
