Job Summary
As a Banking Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, promoting our banking products and services while providing excellent service. You will build relationships, identify client needs, and offer financial solutions that meet those needs. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people achieve financial success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
Promote and sell a variety of banking products including checking and savings accounts, credit cards, loans, and investment services.
Meet and exceed sales goals by identifying opportunities to cross-sell products and services.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and problem resolution.
Provide personalized financial advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
Maintain knowledge of current banking products, policies, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with branch and back-office teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Basic knowledge of banking products and services.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus.
