REQUIREMENTS

• Proven sales success in a gym, fitness studio, or wellness business
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Driven, self-starting, and results-oriented
• Comfortable working on a commission-only basis with flexible hours
• Able to work on-site at our gym in E14 2BE
• Familiarity with the parkour or functional fitness community is a plus (but not required)

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, self-motivated Sales Representative with a proven track record in the fitness or gym industry to join our team. This is a commission-based, part-time role that requires in-person presence at our facility in East London (E14 2BE).
You’ll be the face of our membership and enrolment pipeline—welcoming potential members, converting leads, and helping grow our amazing community. If you’re enthusiastic about fitness, excellent at sales, and love a dynamic, movement-driven environment, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive membership and class sales through walk-ins, phone calls, and in-gym lead generation
• Follow up on leads and convert trials into paying members
• Educate potential members about class offerings, training options, and pricing structures
• Work with management to implement sales campaigns and outreach strategies
• Maintain accurate sales records and report performance regularly
• Engage with the local community to promote the gym’s services and brand
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold the values of the Parkour Generations community
