SUMMARY     Under the general direction of the Customer Service Lead the Sales Representative  is responsible for both  outbound sales  and inbound customer service to our customers promoting our public events, corporate events, and group ticket sales.   HOURS: This is a part-time, year-round position.  Hours may increase or decrease based on business needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.  * Assist customers over the phone with the purchasing of event tickets.   * Selling company products or services.  * Upselling the customer on different products related to their event. (Example: golf carts)  * Maintain all records with accuracy.  * Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone calls to sell tickets to events.  * Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.   QUALIFICATIONS   To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty.
