Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a remote, full-time role focused on new business development and technical solution sales within the healthcare sector — with an emphasis on long-term care facilities, retirement homes, clinics, and hospitals.
You’ll work closely with healthcare administrators, facility managers, engineers, and contractors to offer tailored communication system solutions for both new builds and system upgrades.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow their presence in Southern Alberta
  • Prospect, engage, and build strong relationships with healthcare clients, contractors, engineers, and IT professionals
  • Present and demonstrate nurse call and integrated communications systems tailored to clinical workflows and facility needs
  • Understand construction timelines and project phases to align product recommendations with client goals
  • Prepare and deliver professional proposals, quotes, and pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams including engineering, project management, and installation to ensure seamless implementation
  • Attend trade shows, healthcare tech events, and training sessions to stay current and build your network
  • Maintain accurate sales records, leads, and forecasting using CRM software
