In this role, you'll provide consultative sales support for small business clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to present solutions that save customers time and money, enabling them to focus on what matters most. Whether it’s getting answers for customers quickly, consulting on products with compassion or resolving their issues with a smile, you’ll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. During a Typical Day, You’ll • Leverage your passion for goal setting and persuasive communication to connect with customers and guide solution-focused conversations. • Effectively recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with customers while identifying and handling all sales opportunities • Collaborate with new and existing accounting professionals to assess their needs and recommend tailored solutions. • Drive sales by engaging with accounting partners, offering a comprehensive suite of solutions designed for small to mid-market businesses. • Demonstrate confidence in using tools and systems to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.
