Mr. Pan Snacks is a women-founded, small-batch brand creating real food snacks for cats and dogs. We’re passionate about nose-to-tail nutrition, integrity in sourcing, and supporting animal rescues and communities. With strong growth in both Canada and the Dominican Republic, we’re now looking to expand our sales support team.
We’re seeking a motivated, personable Sales Representative to help expand our retail presence across Canada. This starts as a flexible freelance/part-time role with commission, but for the right long-term fit, there is potential for expanded responsibilities and even equity participation as the brand scales.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
• Interest in pets, wellness, or conscious brands a strong asset
• Access to transportation (preferred)

• Introduce Mr. Pan Snacks to retailers, groomers, pet shops, and cafés
• Distribute samples and present product information
• Assist with pop-ups, events, and activations
• Build and maintain strong relationships within the pet wellness and retail community
• Report feedback and insights from customer and retailer interactions
