Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a portfolio of ethical pharmaceutical products to private clinics, hospitals (including restructured hospitals), and polyclinic pharmacies within your assigned territory.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferably with prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or a healthcare-related industry .
  • Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license and own a vehicle .
  • Professional, confident, calm and composed under pressure with a polished and engaging presentation style.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, adaptability, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Well-groomed with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about ethical pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell assigned pharmaceutical products to private clinics, hospitals, and polyclinics’ pharmacies.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer accounts while actively identifying new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and institutional decision-makers across your territory.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service before and after sales to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Organise and participate in medical seminars and deliver product presentations to clinics and hospitals.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to formulate innovative & effective sales strategies.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills to support territory growth.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and continuously improve selling skills.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales reports and relevant market insights.
  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in conducting market research, managing key accounts, and executing sales and marketing initiatives in your assigned territory.
  • Perform any other duties or special projects as assigned.
