JOB OVERVIEW
Pit Stop Portables is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Coquitlam, BC. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring new customers, and representing our brand with professionalism and energy. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service while helping expand our presence in the market. If you consider yourself a sales hunter, we’d love to hear from you.
QUALIFICATIONS
· 3+ years of outside sales and account management experience, preferably in the construction industry or B2B
· Valid BC driver’s license, and clean driving abstract
· Proven experience following up on opportunities and letting rejection bounce off you
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Experience with quoting, CRM systems, and tracking sales activity
· Highly motivated and goal-oriented; able to work independently in the field
· Comfortable interacting with a wide range of clients and handling field-based work (90%)
· Strong market awareness and ability to identify business opportunities
The compensation range is a combination of Base + Incentive pay. On Target earnings should be $80,000-95,000 annually
· Lead sales efforts for assigned brand(s), focusing on volume, pricing, and customer acquisition
· Grow market share through new customer outreach and existing account expansion
· Collaborate with Inside Sales to support unit growth and quoting processes
· Act as a brand ambassador, representing Pit Stop to clients in the field
· Work cross-functionally with operations and customer care to ensure top service
· Identify and report service issues, market trends, and growth opportunities
· Support strategic sales decisions through regular communication with leadership
