REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable working on commission-based pay.
• Ability to generate leads proactively and follow a sales script.
• Previous sales experience (high-ticket or course sales preferred, but not required).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

• Generate new leads through social media, email campaigns, webinars, and networking.
• Qualify prospects to ensure they are a good fit for the course.
• Conduct sales calls and present the course clearly, focusing on value and outcomes.
• Handle objections and guide prospects to enrollment.
• Follow up with leads who have shown interest but haven’t yet enrolled.
• Track sales activities and report results to management.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation strategies.
